The day will start early with a transfer from the hotel in Cusco to the Salkantay route, passing through charming towns like Izcuchaca and Limatambo before entering the stunning mountainous landscape. Once at the trek starting point, located at an altitude of 3,900 m asl, you will walk approximately 1 km to reach the Soraypampa campsite, where breakfast will be served. Then, the uphill hike begins for about 1.5 hours until reaching the impressive Humantay Lake, situated at 4,100 m asl. This amazing body of water fed by the glacier offers a range of different shades depending on the vantage point. creating a spectacular view. After taking photos and resting, you will descend back to the campsite for lunch.

Finally, you will return to the historic center of Cusco, marking the end of this unique experience.
